It is impossible to diagnose an abdominal pain illness on the net and only a full examination by a qualified medic will help to find out what is wrong. Even then you may need more tests. You know your body better than anyone else and if you think you have an appendicitis you should go to your nearest A&E immediately. Failure to treat an inflamed appendix can result in it bursting and you then have the added medical problem of Peritonitis - this is life threatening,

To try and look on the bright side, as you have had diarrhoea you may be experiencing cramps in the intestine. Digested food is pushed through the intestine by peristalsis, muscular action within the food canal. Peristalsis continues even when there is no foodstuff to be pushed through. Like all muscles if they are overworked will go into cramping spasms. It may therefore repair itself when you have eaten normally for a few days. Dehydration is a side effect of diarrhoea, which can also cause cramp, so increase your fluid intake, not coffee as this dehydrates.

However, if you are worried then the only option for you is to be checked out by a doctor.

Hope this helps and you are soon O.K.Health Question & Answer
