Does it sound like my husband fakes some of these aches and pains?!

Question: Does it sound like my husband fakes some of these aches and pains.?
He is 44,im 40 and we have been happily married almost 18 yrs.

Well he complains about.

His back hurting
His stomach hurting after eating all time
The back of his knees hurting all the time
Gets dizzy spells sometimes
Head aches sometimes
His left hand hurting sometimes BUT he had a bad injury to it 8 yrs ago so it hurting could be possible
1 shoulder been hurting for months.

My mom who died 6 months ago said 1 time before she died that if all that was wrong with him he wouldn't be able to function.

And 1 time i was telling his best friend of 26 yrs all of this and he said "are you sure he is not faking it" and i said "i dont know" lol.

He has worked at the same job for 12 yrs...He works in a very busy store and is on the go ALL day long there.

A few times i have told him that he should see a dr and he always says "i will be ok"

For the past week or so everytime he eats something his stomach starts hurting like after lunch and dinner but after dinner he will eat more and i say to him if your stomach is hurting so much then dont eat more and he says "i cant help it im still hungry"

If he was a car and 18 years old I'd trade it in for a newer model. ***but*** Maybe he has a low pain threshold. Ive seen the biggest, strongest men get all shook up about a tiny little cut that most men would wrap in duct tape and keep working. I hate going to the doctor myself but my wife sez get to the doctor or keep it to your self. Complaining will not help. (tough love)Health Question & Answer

You know the story about the boy who cries wolf. If your husband really hurts, and has all these difficulties, he should get a check up. A complete blood check up (for vitamin deficit and mineral deficit). Maybe he should consider to change his diet. Talk with him about going to a dietitian. But he should under no circumstances ignore these signs. When the body hurts, it is an alarm. If he doesn't like to go through the whole wringer, I guess he fakes.Health Question & Answer
