My head hurts and i dont know what to do. plz help. i have to tell my friend to call off something. + the bus driver a few days ago was driving like an *** hole. he was trying a new route, and he ran over a curb. i dont know if it is a concussion.Health Question & Answer

You may be experiencing a migraine headache. Is the pain one sided and stabbing in nature.? If so, that's almost exactly what it is, and I'm afraid regular painkillers do nothing to help a migraine. Just get to a dark, secluded, quiet area and ride the pain out. Health Question & Answer

First, I wouldn't take asprin. I would take ibuprofin next time...But the very first thing you should do anytime a headache comes on is to drink plenty of water. Usually headaches come from not getting enough hydration. When this happens to me, I go straight for a nice glass of H20 and within a few minutes, I'm good as new -- most of us don't get as much water as we need...so using the "KISS Method" (keep it simple stupid), do that. In addition to another fellow 'answer before me' -- Without being sarcastic about it, it wouldn't be a bad idea to get away from the computer screen, bright lights, and loud noises, as well. Just rest and do some nice In the nose, out the mouth breathing as well...but def. try the water!!! :)
If your headache still consists after this, and is longer than a couple of days, def. contact your doc.

Since you just took medicine, don't take any more. You can OD on it. Go lay down in a dark room or cover your eyes. Put a warm wash cloth on your forehead and massage your temples.

yo i just learned today in health class that when you have a headache drink water because if you are dehydrated you will probably have a headache so try having a lot of waterHealth Question & Answer
put a cool rag over your eyes and lay down. If it continues then go to the doctor. It is more then likely just a regular headache but if it becomes severe then you need to go to the doctor.Health Question & Answer
