Probably pulled a muscle. Nothing that you can really do about it. Just move on. If it is not a shooting pain like you broke something then don't worry about it. Health Question & Answer

You probably did just pull a muscle. Try doing weight training on your arms, 3-5 lbs in each hand, sit in a chair, lean your forearms on your legs, keeping them there and hang your hand over the end of your knee and raise your hand up and down with the weights in them, then turn your hands over and do the muscles on the other side. Do how many reps you can. It will probably help. While your at it do biceps, triceps and shoulders with the weights too. You can increase the weight as you develope muscle.Health Question & Answer

yeah...ur a wuss!!!! (sorry! u asked!!!) i have no problem serving overhand, although i am inclined to do it with a clenched fist in my palm, simply because its easier, and have more control where it goes. but u kind of answered ur own question! lo! u must have pulled a tendon, like ur teacher said!!! although God knows why.?!!!! maybe u hit it the wrong way, or something!!! anyway, NEXT TIME u play volleyball, and it starts to hurt a little, like u said...just ignore it and BE A MAN!!!! no pain, no gain!!!
