Answers:
You're vomiting blood and you're asking if this is serious.? Yes, it is very serious. Get to a hospital right away. It being very painful for 5 days is an indication of how hard the hit was, how much you are injured. You could have a bruised lung or liver, or have injured the upper part of your stomach/esophagus. (If a person is exhaling, the top of the liver and stomach are behind the lower ribs.)

Doctors are governed by medical ethics and confidentiality laws. They have to keep keep almost all of your secrets, even many involving illegal activity. If you were fighting, the doc will only care about how you got hit, what physically happened before and after the fight.Health Question & Answer

They will want to know, but isn't that better than dying.? If you're vomitting blood something's torn or punctured. (It sounds as if you fractured a rib, and when it leads to bleeding it's serious.) Get help to get to a hospital now - don't wait until morning. (You're bleeding - you could die from loss of blood.) If there's no one there call the police for help - it's one of the things they do.

But do it NOW!Health Question & Answer

You need to go to the hospital. Spitting up blood is serious. Not being mobile is serious. Good thing they didn't hit you in the head. You might have died already.Health Question & Answer
