could very well be a migraine... they often are concentrated on one side of the head and can be made worse with light, sound, and movement. however, if you haven't already had your eyes checked, i would do that soon, just to make sure there's nothing going on there. and have your sinuses, nose, throat and ears checked by your regular doctor, as blockages in any of those areas could be the culprit. i know it sounds weird, but all those nerves and passages in your face and head are connected and when one is off kilter, it can affect all the others. and lastly, being pregnant and having all those hormones going could be the reason why. just a matter of ruling things out until you find the reason... and hopefully a cure!Health Question & Answer
I am by no means an expert on this topic, but a couple years ago I started getting awful headaches behind my right eye as well. I went to a migrane expert and he couldn't find anything either. I just dealt with it for a while, and decided to go get my eyes checked. It turned out that I was far sighted and needed glasses to read the computer I was looking at all day at work. It didn't seem blurry at all to me, until I saw the computer through the glasses and took them off. I also had astigmatism and the squinting and need for glasses ended up causing the headaches. I no longer get the headaches unless I forget my glasses. Sorry if this doesn't help or apply to your situation. Good Luck.Health Question & Answer
you need to get the doctor to check you out- it could be high blood pressure, or diabetes, or some eye problem- its best to find out for sure. especially if you are pregnant, because very often women get high blood pressure or diabetes. so if it is that which is causing the headaches, at least you can get it treated.Health Question & Answer
