For how long should I be taking Joints Supplements?!


Question: For how long should I be taking Joints Supplements.?
I have Pattela Femoral Syndrome in my knee, and I have been told that there are supplements especially for building up the cartilages in the joints (restoring it).

Like Glucosamine and Chondroitin with MSM, also Wheat Germ oil.

For how long should I be taking those supplements.? 1 year or forever.? I mean to see their effect.Health Question & Answer
