I get migraines all the time and the best remedy for me is a bag of ice (the real stuff, not an ice pack) on the back of your neck. I know you said no pills but Excedrin Migraine with a cup of coffee really helps me. I also lay down in a cold dark room with no noise. Hope you feel better! Health Question & Answer

rub menthol, rubbing alcohol, or lavendar oil on your temples to cool it....helps with mine...Health Question & Answer
