Pain on the sole of your feet can arise from any number of causes, from shoes to diabetes. The most serious cause is peripheral neuropathy-damage to the leg nerves-often from diabetes or alcoholism and less commonly from vitamin deficiencies or lead poisoning. A rare disorder called erythromelalgia increases blood flow to the hands and feet and can also produce a searing sensation.
Some people experience fiery feet because they're sensitive to a chemical in the inner lining of the shoes. Try changing your footgear to see if the problem subsides. If not, see your physician to rule out medical causes. And good luck.Health Question & Answer

Nothing weird about it at all.
In fact, the most common pain problem in existence is foot pain.

Problem is that when your feet hurt, your legs hurt, and then the rest of whole body hurts.

You didn't give any info such as your age, sex, etc, to get an idea what might help you. But simple walking a lot more than normal can cause your feet to hurt more. You can soak them in hot water to ease the pain, or an old remedy is Epsom Salts, which is still soaking them in hot water, but the salts help the feet somehow, not sure how.

You might be aware of whether you have flat feet. That can cause major pain for most of your life.....like mine do.

But it also might be as simple as your shoes weren't good enough to walk that much in them. Bad shoes are number one problem with feet pain. You need shoes to give you good support. That's why sneakers are so good for exercising, because they support well and yet are flexible enough to bend when you walk.Health Question & Answer

its because ur feet hit the sole of your shoe to stop it u could by comfy soles to insert in sneakersHealth Question & Answer
