Question: How to get to sleep quicker.?
well, i usually go to bed at around 10:00pm but don't get to sleep around maybe 11:30-12:00 if its a bad night. I think it is because of my crush who i think about non-stop.Health Question & Answer

i am not sure what you do when you are getting ready for bed or what your doing when your just laying there. but here are some tips. 1. if you drink anything with caffien. stop a couple of hours b4 you go to bed. 2 if you have the t.v. on while you are trying to go to sleep turn it off it is a destration. 3 if you work out or do any kind of physical activity b4 bed stop. you need to relax for a couple of hours b4 bed. try takeing a warm bath and soak for awhile.
