Why could my left side hurt while urinating?!

Question: Why could my left side hurt while urinating.?
I recently caught a mild cold...its mainly my throat thats giving me problems. I don't know if that has anything to do with this but, sometime during the day, my left side started hurting while urinating. The pain is not horrible, but its mild. What could this be.? How could I get rid of it.? Health Question & Answer

Sounds like a kidney infection. Your immune system is low because of the cold you caught, which makes your body susceptible. Cranberry juice is a great home remedy, otherwise a doc visit is needed for some ABT's.Health Question & Answer

Go to the doctor immediately or atleast call on because it could be your apendix....that happened to me and I had appendicitis, I let the pain go and they said had I went another day then it would have burst, so pleeeeeeease get it checked, its very dangerous if thats it. Health Question & Answer

That has nothing to do with the cold... It is possibly a urinary tract inffection. If it gets worse, or if you get some blood in your urine then you can be sure that it is a urinary infection. I hope you get betterHealth Question & Answer
