Question: Can I put a bag of frozen peas directly on my knee.?
I bruised up my knee pretty badly... When I put a paper towel under the bag I feel almost on coldness at all. Is it okay to the bag directly on my skin.?Health Question & Answer

Yes. It's probably best to clean the plastic, especially if you have cuts in your skin. (it's ok assuming you do NOT have sickle-cell anemia, beta thalassemia, or some other blood-clotting disease which you would already be aware of anyway)Health Question & Answer
actually if you put it directly on your skin, it can cause freezer burn (noooooot good! haha) and even if you can't feel it, it IS helping.
