How much would being stung by a jellyfish cost me?!

Question: How much would being stung by a jellyfish cost me.?
For economics, we have a Real World project where we see what it's like to live in the real world (obviously). We get random events every month, and I get stung by a jellyfish. How much does the hospital bill cost, or any other expenses.?
Thanks!Health Question & Answer

The cost can be very high. Some jellyfish stings can be lethal if not treated promptly. Others can just be annoying, and any condition between those two extremes. A visit to the ER for treatment on an outpatient basis could cost at least $250.00. If inpatient treatment is necessary that will cost around $1,000 a day or more. If in ICU triple that. This all depends on the medications needed and treatment supplied. Just hope you never need it.Health Question & Answer

If it is a lethal jelly sting then it can be costly to get you the right meds to fix the problem, but there are some jellyfish that can be treated my home remedies.Health Question & Answer

If it is only on one foot or the tops of both feet, you could put meat tenderizer on them and costs would be about $1.50. It works.Health Question & Answer
