It sounds like panic attacts.
Does your breathing rate increase.? or you get pins and needles in your hands and feet.?
When you feel the dizzyness coming on or feel as if you are going to faint get yourself into a comfortable position and put your head down.
The way that i get around them is shutting my eyes and imagin myself walking up stairs and counting them. on the odd numbers breath out and the even numbers breath in. If your breathing is fast start off fast, almot as if you are running up the stairs and as you go you want to aim to slow it right down to a slow pace.
To do that start counting in your head fast and eventually get slower and slower with your counting.
If you breath through your nose it can make it better as less oxygen will get into your system which causes the dizzyness feeling.

If you absolutely must do this work, do it in bed. Don't be on your computer! Why are you so dizzy.? It might be from hunger, try eating something healthy, or have some water.
