It is might be the way you are sleeping. The position you are sleeping in. Twisting in your sleep.? Try sleeping with a pillow between your knees and see if that helps. What about your mattress - how old.? Support.? Too soft or too hard.? What about your pillow.? To soft.? Too fluffy.? I have been there and done it all. This is a process of elimination, so you have to sort out each problem separately. Good Luck.Health Question & Answer

My back hurt for 3-4yrs, thought I was just getting old. We kept buying a new bed, nothing worked. I didnt know I had problems at that time, but my uterous was enlarged, and when that went away...so did morning back problems.

Have that checked.?

How did it go down, all I know is that I stopped using food items that had been cooked or stored in plastics. Very hard to do, but just starting with pop, or plastic tea jug got the swelling down without my realizing it, just realized one day that it wasnt my back waking me up at 5 am anymore. And then a doc told me that it wasnt enlarged anymore.

I have tried to cut out as all the hormone mimickers in my diet...not easy as there are many sources, natural and man made. Start with again plastics. Especially no hot foods in plastics, no cooking in it, no storing in it.

Then look for natural sources such as soy...its hard cause what doesnt come in plastic or isnt loaded with soy now days, especially fast foods. Soy is used as a bulking agent, make you think your getting more.

also any canned items that have a plastic lined canned, it will be white inside. The lining is acutally an epoxy that the food inside has been stewing in for...who knows how long.

Hope this helpsHealth Question & Answer

Yes, it could be your mattress that is the problem. You should get a new Mattress every 10 to 15 years unless you have one that is warrantied for longer than that. 20 years is about the longest I have heard of.

also, you should rotate your mattress at least twice each year to help ensure even wear.Health Question & Answer
