We have been fighting since June of 2004. We are on our second case. It seems so hopeless. Everyone tells us not to give up, but we are broke and can not get the medical care or prescriptions anymore!Health Question & Answer

If you have a free clinic near you, you can get medical care there and they can prescribe meds for you. also if there is a county hospital in your area, you could go there. If the county hospital is government subsidized, you can get rated by their financial counselors according to what your income is or get free medical care. Have you tried the Legal Aid attorneys to help you.? This is all social security red tape that is happening to you. You may try contacting your congressman to see if there is something they can do for you. What does your doctor say.? Are you disabled.? What is he writing on the paperwork that makes you disabled.? Well it depends on the state u r in. It only took me 3months give or take for the evaluations they give you. But you can always call your determination office of the stae that you live in and they will give u the information you need and what you need to do next.Health Question & Answer
