I often got cramps in my toes, it was very painful so i am using Chelated, Calsium, Magnesium and Zinc tablets, i take one three times a day and i have not had any cramps since then. Sounds like your low on potassium.Go to Wal Mart and get a dietary supplement for potassium and take it before bed with a full glass of water. Give it about 2 days to get good into your body and see if that doesn't help get rid of the cramps. Health Question & Answer
