You may have something called Raynaud's phenomenon. It's more common in people who live in colder climates, less common in men than women. Do you fingers get pale, blue, or very red.? If you have it, the good news is that it doesn't really mean there's anything wrong with you and it's not necessarily related to any other diseases. It just affects the blood vessels. The best thing to do is just try to keep your hands as warm as you can.Health Question & Answer
The cold makes the blood withdraw, and the tingle is when the blood flows back into the area.
You need to keep the fingers warm, with better gloves, heated courts, or inserts that heat your gloves.
If you continue to ignore the consequences of the cold, you might lose feeling PERMANENTLY, then you will not be a good B.baller at all.Health Question & Answer
