If you had a hairline fracture would it hurt alot or just a little?!
Question: If you had a hairline fracture would it hurt alot or just a little.?
And could it hurt all night.?
I fell on Thursday and landed on my left leg(hit the knee part and my calf)My knee started hurting first and then yesterday after walking around and my feet hurting I sat down and it got better but when I got home the front of my calf started hurting. I elevated it and went to bed and it has been hurting since.
I didn't think it could be broken but if I walk it makes it hurt more. That made me think it was broken somehow.Health Question & Answer

It's possible, but of course there could be several things wrong there. You may have injured a muscle, ligament, tendon, etc. Then again, you may have fractured a bone.If it hurts bad i would go get it checked out.The only way to tell if you in fact have a fracture is to have X-RAYS taken of the area where you feel the pain.In any case,i'd try not to move it too much.Maybe walk w/ one crutch.Hope this helps you,and GET WELL SOON.Health Question & Answer
My brother was in a cast for 4 weeks due to a hairline fracture in his wrist.
He fell on it in a game of Aussie rules Football, I wasn't there, but apparently he screamed so loud it could raise the dead.
The best bet is to get X-rays.
Good Luck. Health Question & Answer
