Question: How can I get over my internet addiction.?
I spend way too much time online and it's cutting into time I spend with my wife.
Anyone have any suggestions.?

I spend a lot of time online too, and have really tried to cut back. I agree with the others that you need to hold yourself accountable, and have your wife help too to set a limit for yourself.

i find that once i do that it just disappears from my mind
you could make a detailed schedule for yourself, with certain internet times, and punish or reward yourself on how well you followed it. you could ask your wife for help too, that would work pretty well.Health Question & Answer

Try changing your rate plan so it costs you more to spend heaps of time on the internet. Might help, but alternatively, have her put a password on the computer so you have to ask her permission for internet time.Health Question & Answer
Set aside a time limit for yourself and ask your wife to help you stick with it. At the end of a week, do something fun together to celebrate your keeping to your allowed time.Health Question & Answer
