she is very glumy and depresed IM NOT CALLING THEROPY her best frind just died does any 1 no what 2 doHealth Question & Answer

Answers:
talk to her and let her know that you care. all it takes is one person to save her.
that person can be you. well, of course shes depressed if her best friend just died. {well...acctually a few of my friends supposed best friend died and they didnt seem to care much}
anywho, her best friend was the one person she could tell anything, laugh about anything with. you have to give that to her. become her theropy. dont ask her, just hug her a long time many times. tell her how much you care about her, and if it gets worse-thats when you ask her.
however if you notice these signs, seek help from professionals for her!!!

Since her best friend just died, I suggest you stay constantly available for emotional support, and any other kind of support she wants. You need to go into loving, caring, obedient boyfriend-mode.

Try to get her to talk to you as much as you can about her feelings and tell her how you'd feel. Tell her death is death and she will be stronger when she gets over it.

After it all blows over, don't forget to be the dominant asshole boyfriend again.Health Question & Answer

Metalica,

This is very serious. I know you don't like the idea of therapy, but this may be more than the two of you can handle. You can be there for her, give her emotional support. I am very sorry about her friend. If she starts to display the following signs, it's time to get professional help. Best of luck to you both.
