Question: I'm going insane please help .?
It is currently 3:40am and I woke up at 2:30am I been awake since but when I woke up I wasn't myself I starting shaking and whimpering and I got these random visions. It's hard to breathe it hurts I can't stop shiverig I have goodebumps and my face is red and I teen having these spasms and my eyes are bloodshot! I took my temperature but it's normal so why am I experiencing this.?Health Question & Answer
