Question: How do you shake random paranoia.?
I know this is stupid but I can't stop the feeling. You know that feeling that someones eye lasers are digging into the back of your skull haha. This is weird and I can't explain it but I have this feeling there are cameras in my bathroom and my dad is video taping me and like putting it online. Totally serious. I know it sounds stupid even when I say it but i just can't seem to shake it. If I see a car drive past the front door out of the corner of my eye I always think it's someone coming to ring the doorbell and I run away lol. I hate answering the door. I'm super paranoid with my computer too. I think my family has a keylogger on my laptop and reading everything because they know things that they shouldn't unless they read my computer. I don't know.. it's just everywhere I go. I'm not like hyperventilating or anything it's just like gahh.. When it gets really bad and I think people can read my thoughts .. I talk backwards in my mind.
But the thing is. Logically, I know this makes no sense. Why would anyone stalk me.? It's just there. Do do do do . No point in telling my family, it's not a huge deal I don't think. But what to doHealth Question & Answer

This is obviously a problem if your paranoia and suspicions are
a) Causing you a great deal of distress
b) Disturbing how you function day-to-day
From what you have said, both of these things are true of you. And for that reason, I suggest you go see a doctor, who can perhaps refer you to some therapists in your area. I think it will be very beneficial for you, because you will be able to figure out what is causing this, and how you can deal with it or possibly stop it altogether. It's best that you nip this in the bud (so to speak) instead of letting this go on any longer, as the longer you let this continue, the more difficult it will be for you to sort out your issues.
