Some suggestions on getting to sleep: keep you room dark, no tv or any other activities in your bedroom but sleep ..and "you know", do nothing one hour prior to your bed time, you can try some soothing music or mediation cd's (I have a little machine that you can choose between sounds like waves on a beach, rain fall, thunderstorms, forest noises and crickets ..I love mine and it really helps me), try a cup of chamomile tea (an herb tea that is known to help you sleep) or if you really need some help keep a bottle of melatonin (you can get it at a health store, it's natural, it doesn't make you feel all groggy the next day -I wake up refreshed and use it as a last result. If you choose to try the melatonin, start out with a low dose and you can always take more of it if you need it. I hope I have helped in some way!! Blessings, MissiHealth Question & Answer

Who knows, stress, maybe too much caffeine.? If you are running at the end of the day the energy from exercise could have you amped up. Try switching your workout to the morning, or drink a hot cup of chamomile tea an hour before bedtime to help you relax. Health Question & Answer
