Question: My life is in a rut; How do I get out of it.?

I got a depressed a few moments ago, I started crying, and I started thinking negative thoughts about my life and myself. I got so tired of dealing with the depression; I ended up burning a laveneder candle and started chanting, "Peace & Calmness" in my head. I started thinking positive thoughts and my mind, body, and soul started to be calm; The depression had left instantly! I never meditated over a candle like the way I did a few minutes ago; I'm just so tired of dealing with this depression; I don't know what to do. I want to have peace over my mind, body, and soul; What can I do to get through this.? I feel so left-out and alone right now; I have no friends and I don't really go places to have fun. I just want to find a good boyfriend, be happy with myself, and have peace in my life. What can I do to get through this.?Health Question & Answer

When u feel like that u just have 2 cry or take out ur anger......about not having friends and wanting a boyfriend and not going out anywhere.....i know all those feelings it happens 2 me even if i do have friends...........we all go through those moments ....just try 2 think positive and live life 2 the fullest......those times will be over and happy times will come just be patient......one day u will be very happy and have a boyfriend and a lot of friends but try not 2 put yourself down and like i said think positive and live life 2 the fulllest Health Question & Answer

the lonelier I get
why.?
Because people are alone when they think
its only "you" and your "thoughts"

so It feels better share feelings and thoughts to friends or family
right.?

people feel sad when their alone or lonely
but that shows you want to be with somebody
like friends or family, bf or gf

it shows how much love you have

and thats something super positive about yourself huh.?

Volunteer. Get out and help in your community somewhere -- you'll meet friendly people, and realize that you're not alone in having a hard time, others do too sometimes. Just call your local United Way, or local churches, food bank, clothes bank, anything -- just get out there!Health Question & Answer
