What should I do with my depression?!
Question: What should I do with my depression.?
I'm 18
I went threw a really bad episode of Anxiety and Depression. I was prescribed lexapro 10 mg. I take one in the Mourning and one at night.It started working my thoughts became more positive again, I got a Job and had it for a week and a half now, but now I'm going threw a bad episoded of depression and anxiety right now and I'm thinking maybe I need a higher dose of medication or a different one, or quiting my job and give it some more time for the effects of it to kick in, then maybe find a less stressful job that I like more IDK. Be careful of quitting yr job, as it's yr chance to socialise. Being alone too much could make it worseHealth Question & Answer
