I think that kind of problem goes along with anxiety. You are basically afraid of getting mad at people you don't know, perhaps because you project responses from those people that are well beyond what is probable. As a sensible self protection against that perceived threat, your mind suppresses the anger, so as not to put you at risk of the threat you perceive.Health Question & Answer

First if you feel that you have all of these issues you need to go and talk to either you doctor, a help line, a counselor or a shrink or all of them to figure out some sort of treatment plan to help you deal with all of these issues.
As far as the anger issues that could also be a problem related to the rest of your issues.
I am speaking from personal experience as I have bi-polar disorder and anxiety to a severe extrem, if it wasn't for the support I get from going to a group once a week with people who can completly relate to all of my issues and seeing my shrink to control and prescride meds that will help deal with these things, I would be lost and I would continue to not live life to fullest.

Medication like Antidepressants (SSRI - Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor) helps to boost Serotonin level.
But there are natural ways to do it without medication. There's this strange herb called "St John's Wort" - it is said to be more effective than Prozac. No, it is not for mild depression only and ignore those sayings. In fact, it does help anxiety and panic-attacks as St John's Wort works like prozac. Other natural ways will be exercise, diet, more exposure to light, etc.

The problem is that, even if your Serotonin is balanced... you have that "learned behavior" in your mind. You need to break that initial cycle to destroy that learned behavior - Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) does this. A technique that you can use without CBT will be Distraction... There are several other techniques to help cope them!
Ok, to use Distraction: Firstly, try to....
