Yes. I had a near miss with a panic attack last night. I was able to thwart it off with breathing techniques (learned through yoga, which I would suggest taking along with your therapy) and a verbal mantra. Granted it took quite some time but my anxiety attack did not turn into a panic attack. And I finally got some rest. There is also a lot of herbal supplements that can help with anxiety, they all act differently with different people but its worth trying some out. I take Valerian root which helps me a lot.
