**I wouldn't take drugs at this stage. In the past if you've been able to get over things, chances are you'll be able to again it might take a bit longer though.
My doctor has suggested to me going for lots of walks, starting a new hobby or sport and just basically trying to keep my mind off things that are bothering me, so that's what I'm going to suggest to you to try to do.**Health Question & Answer

hey im dustin...my doctor would tell me to write whatever is bothering down...and then burn it or throw it away...or try to close your eyes and visualize a STOP sign in your mind everytime you think about whatever is bothering you...also, talk about it like you're doing now...if it just gets worse...i don't know the nature of your problem....but don't ever play around with depression...get help. i'm in the army currently in iraq and have seen people that don't get help for little itty bitty problems and they just turn into bigger ones faster...also dont worry about anyone calling you crazy or whatever....it shouldnt matter what anybody else thinks anyhow right.? :) i tried the stop sign thing and it really helped....also like the answer above mine...do something busy...like a hobby of some sort...call a friend just do something to occupy ur mind...hope i helpedHealth Question & Answer
