like at a party a guy kissed me and i kissed back and i felt perfectly fine, and i was smileing and all happy
but now since ive slept on it [and he texted me this morning] ive started to feel guilty and been thinking "what have i gotten myself into.?"

First of all, may I ask how old you are.? This is important because if you're like 15 you shouldn't be going around making out with random guys. also, no matter what age, i think when you kiss someone, its supposed to be something special but it sounds like its just no big deal to you. Only kiss guys if you're REALLY IN LOVE with them or you will keep feeling guilty. also, is this guy decent.? If no then don't waste your time. Life is too short to worry about stupid guys. My advice: find someone that is even more special than anyone you have ever met. Don't just kiss him right away. First wait until he asks you out.
