me and some other mates know a mentally slow person at our school and well he hangs around us a bit, now his not SLOW slow were he cant walk or anything he can talk/listen/even drive but his not all there if u know what i mean, anyway some of my tight *** mates insult him physically and verbally and something about him makes me think one day his gonan explode and murder everyone, he rarely gets angry but when he does he gets REALLY STRONG, so can a slow person have a episode of explosive rage.? Just because a person is "slow", as you describe it, doesn't mean that they don't have emotions and reactions like anyone else.
You should be less worried about what he might do and more concerned with your friends picking on someone who possibly doesn't know how to defend himself.

Yes, absolutely. You don't know the extent of his mental state. He could very well be lacking in the part of the brain that controls restraint or decision making. There was a case in my area of a student with Asperger's Syndrome who fatally stabbed a bully in the school bathroom. Such are the potential consequences of harassing anybody---"slow" or not.
