Mark,
In my humble opinion, and after having dated more than one seriously, professionally diagnosed hardcore messed up woman, I'd say she's got one of three possible problems. The first is : she's being dramatic to get attention (high probability), or #2, she's seriously disturbed.
There's no way anybody is going to find out about number 2 until she does something seriously disturbing - if they aren't proactive.
That being said - people have weird dreams. The stuff that comes out in dreams can be symbolic, or the meaningless result of watching too many horror movies.
The other possibility - if she's not doing drugs or drinking, is that she has a brain tumor. That would cause the behavioral issues and blackouts.

Bottom line - just in case it's #3, she needs to see a doctor asap. People don't just pass out in spite of what they'd have you believe from tv. By the way - have you actually watched her pass out.? Usually when someone truly passes out, they don't choose the time and place and others will be around. They will call an ambulance. Has it worked out this way.? - or does she call you and say "OMG I blacked out again". That's where my money is on this. If she doesn't want to see a doctor, she's being dramatic. If she's really blacking out, she would want to find out why before it kills her.

Regarding the black outs and becoming angry: These are two very clear symptoms of having low blood sugar. She can balance this by eating small meals or snacks throughout the day. Stay away from sugar and junk foods. The sugar will give her a temporary lift, however, the 'crash' is strong and quick. also, what really helps is, 'Noni' juice. It is the juice from a fruit of the South Pacific, and it has a slew of positive attributes. The trick is to eat good foods throughout the day. Regarding the dreams, sorry but I don't have a clue. (By the way, the Noni juice tastes horrible, but you only need 1 or 2 ounces per day, and you can mix it with grape, or any juice that you like.)Health Question & Answer

This too big a problem for Yahoo Answers to help. She needs professional help. A medical evaluation at a hospital, a mental evaluation to see if she is suicidal or homicidal (which would be done at the hospital), maybe a few days stay at metal hospital while they get her on medication and check her out. Then it would be setting her up with a psychiatrist or counselor. It takes a 3 to 5 months on average to get past depression, but it is worth it. Plus she can get the state to pay for all medical treatment. Have her go to the emergency room as soon as you can. This is the best thing for her.Health Question & Answer

if that best friend is you... i guess shes saying that because she mistrusts you in something. Maybe she things you have behaved wrongly as a friend. You have to find out what you did so wrong (or she things you did). Be straight and be as true as possible and make her understand that you want to be true (only if you really are) and want to work it out (only if you really care to)

There is nothing you can do to help her. She needs to go to the doctor. Those are serious problems that needs to be taken very seriously. Tell her parents that they need to make her go see a doctor. Health Question & Answer
