I've tried it now for about two weeks. I'm using a product called Celexil from Netwon Everitt which is a blend of 5-HTP and St, John's Wort. I'm sure it is helping but it causes me insomnia (on only one a day! - recommended is 2-4 a day).
May not cause insomnia for most but I seem particularly susceptible.
