I know I stumbled upon a remedy for a sunburnt face one time, maybe it will work for a lip. I was putting eye drops in my eyes and my face was badly sunburnt. The drops ran down my face and took all the redness and pain away everywhere they touched- maybe that would help on your lip. If not, be sure to moisturize often and you can even gently ice them down or use a cold washcloth on them. I know how you feel, I go tanning and lay out so this happens to me, also. If they seem really bad, a trip to the doctor would be in order. I would say give it time and keep your lips moisturized however possible. Maybe you could even buy a soothing cream or a burn cream
