you can experiment with a balloon. If you stretch the balloon's mouth, you'd get a little squeak. If you keep the mouth loose, you'd get a lower pitch phhttt. Too loose, no sound.

Of course, you'd have to find out which diet gives you the best combination of lot's of gas, big gas bubbles, and fattest butt. Are you going for some kind of world record?
