Help..I think i have Blue blood?!

The blood found in the veins is blue-green and veins are closer to the skin surface than arteries are, so what you see on your legs are your veins. Perhaps your skin is thinner and purer than the others' so your veins looked more blue. Waxing also exfoliates the skin, so there's an added reason. You most likely have nothing to worry about.
