Question: Embarrasing problem..... I literally p*ss myself laughing... how to stop.?
Im 13 and I dont wet the bed or anything but if my bladder has anything in it and someone makes me laugh sometimes I pee. This started a few weeks ago, where I would pee for like a second then take control. I had a sleepover yesterday, and last night I was wearing a sanitry towel (I not on a period, its just due and I didnt want it to be messy if it came) when someone made me laugh it all came out. I changed into a different sanitary towel, and this morning when I woke up still in the sanitary towel, someone made me laugh and it all came out again. Grr. Do I have to strenthen my bladder.?

Sounds to me like you have a weak bladder.
Try pelvic floor exercises or stopping your pee mid flow, then restarting and stopping, make this a routine every time you use the toilet and over time your bladder will strengthen.
To stop yourself from peeing yourself, suck in the muscles around that area as much as you can and then quickly find yourself a toilet and for the time being, wear sanitary towels.

kegal muscle exercises. Squeeze the muscles you use to stop yourself weeing. If unsure, stop yourself weeing mid stream on the loo, remember then do it when off loo, and not weeing. Work up to 10 lots of 10 a day, some fast some slow, so that you can hold it strong. Hold for a count of 3 to start with , then work up till you can hold it for 10.

Exercise your pelvic muscles. The movement is the same as the one in which you stop weeing if you want to. Make the movement about 30 times a day (not all at once say 10 in the morning 10 at lunch time etc) Even men can benefit from this as I was told by my physiotherapist some years ago Health Question & Answer

Go for smaller wee's more regularly and stop and start again every ten seconds, this should make the muscles stronger, do more peeing exercises or if this doesn't work, go and see the doctor... thats should do the trick :)Health Question & Answer
