-she's in a few of his classes, and her locker is by his. so shes always talking to him...

You need to talk to him. In any relationship there will always be somebody who wants what you have. Just make sure he wants you and not her. You need to talk to her too. Because shes obviously not a very good friend. Its probably best to let her go, if you think its worth it.Health Question & Answer
I don't want you to doubt him at all, but for her to say i love you to him and everything, he must have shown some interest towards her. I think you should have a chat with your best friend.
