You may want to try Midol, Pamprin, or Aleve. These work wonders on period pains. If this doesn't work, take a hot bath or use a heating pad. Your doctor may be able to prescribe something as well. Health Question & Answer
You have the same problem as me!! I hate those F*en pains! I also lose my appetite, and sometimes I end up taken a pill and throwing it up afterwards. A lot of people have told me to take birth control because that will decrease the cramps. So that's what I would suggest, I actually went to Planned Parenthood today but I guess I had to make an appointment so once I do that I am hoping a birth control method will eliminate the pain, as I've heard. Talk to a Doc or Parenthood to see if a birth control method would be right for you.Health Question & Answer
Many women experience painful periods. It can be normal or something abnormal. Only your doc can tell for sure. Have you tried Midol or Pamprin for it.? Alleve may also help you.
