Ovarian cysts: I get these all the time. They will almost always go away on their own. Even an OBGYN will advise you to let the problem go. They will eventually rupture (it is not very painful, but can cause some cramping in your abdomen). Health Question & Answer

That could be ovulation. I know every month, on one side per month I get small pains in my ovary during ovulation which for some women is completely normal. Some don't feel anything at all.Health Question & Answer
