yes, it's possible--although unlikely. He could get ejaculate on his hands and then finger you. Generally getting any sperm down there could result in pregnancy.

You have had no sexual activity at all, there is no way your pregnant. But see a family doctor to see what is causing the symptoms. Good luck!
