It's spelled "leprosy."

"one or more hypopigmented (lighter than your normal skin color) skin lesions that have decreased sensation to touch, heat, or pain

skin lesions that do not heal after several weeks to months
numbness or absent sensation in the hands and arms, or feet and legs

muscle weakness resulting in signs such as foot drop (the toe drags when the foot is lifted to take a step) "

Leprosy.
All my skin is falling off of me.
I'm not half the man I used to be.
Oh, I believe, it's leprosy.

leprosy symptoms are a few well-defined skin lesions that are numb. Lepromatous leprosy symptoms are a chronically stuffy nose and many skin lesions and nodules on both sides of the body.
A leprosy patient is someone who has a skin patch or patches with a definite loss of sensation and who has not completed a full course of treatment with multidrug therapy.

Leprosy patches:

can be pale or reddish or copper-coloured

can be flat or raised

do not itch

usually do not hurt

lack sensation to heat, touch, or pain

can appear anywhere.

Other signs of leprosy include:

reddish or skin-coloured nodules or smooth, shiny diffuse

thickening of the skin on the face, ears and hands with no loss of sensation.

Leprosy can be easily diagnosed on clinical signs alone. The main diagnostic sign – loss of feeling in the affected skin – is unique to the disease. The diagnosis can be made by gently touching the affected areas with a pointed object like a pen. Comparison can then be made with the sensation in normal skin. As the diagnosis is so simple, it can be made by paramedical staff with minimal training.

Leprosy is classified into paucibacillary or multibacillary leprosy based on the number of skin patches in order to choose the right treatment regimen. Paucibacillary cases have 1—5 skin patches; multibacillary cases more than five.
