How do I cure stiff neck?!
Question:
Answers:
A good certified massage therapist (CMT) will work wonders. I had a problem with my cyiatic (spelled incorrectly) nerve, had a deep tissue massage 2 weeks ago, never told the CMT about it and she worked it out to where it doesn't bother me anymore! If you can't afford this type of massage, there's also a chiropractor. And if you can't afford either, then I would buy one of those neck warmers from the store that you heat up in the microwave and use that long with a good soak in the tub.
Other Answers:
Go to a masseuse. It works great for me. I have one on call every day.
Try an Osteopath, very clever people.
Heat. Use a heating pad. If you don't have one, put rice into a microwave safe bag and heat it up. Then put it in a towl and put it directly on your neck and rub your neck.
