That's tough since usually weight lifting causes increased muscle and bigger arms. As a former softball player, I have the worst case of big-arm. I've found that swimming actually helps a lot, it streamlines your body and makes you muscular without making you gigantic.
Fine don't swim, although it's easy to learn. Do water aerobics, same thing but without the attepts to stay afloat.
