I agree with the other two answers. "Pinkeye" is the layman's term for conjunctivitis which can be allergic, viral or bacterial. It's an infection and inflammation of the conjunctival layer of the eye. If the eyes are intact it's possible to contract conjunctivitis regardless of vision or lack thereof.

pink eye is an infection.. that anyone can contract. it doesnt matter whether you see or not.. thats just my opinion
Yes. Pink eye is caused by either a bacteria or virus. As long as the blind person still has the eye, it can become infected.
