HOW CaN I?.?!

Question:
get thicker.like fatter (in the healthy way) i dont want 2 b fat and im tired of being skinny!)and gain weight?
Answers:
This is so funny, simply because I am trying to gain weight as well. I did a search for "gaining weight safely" on yahoo and google and it gave me some good tips such as eating more protein, carbs, and fats (be careful with these though). I also drink Carnation Instant Breakfast drinks and eat more dairy products. Limit your intake of fried foods although a dietitian I know suggested this. (?) Personally, I have gained almost back to my original weight of 130 pounds. I weighed 121.4 today after sticking to these tips. Results will vary from person to person.

By eating alot of protean and some weight training you can gain muscle mass.
