What do you do if your shoulder & back muscles are sore?!
Question:
Excluding the option of someone giving you a massage (someone at home, or a professional outside) what are some other things one can do which might be effective? Is there anything you apply there yourself.(the parts you can reach)..and if yes, what exactly do you use? Thanks.
Answers:
Streching. Get a Yoga book from the local library. Streching increases the rate of metabolism in one's body, which causes faster muscle build up. If you work out regularly, you will no longer feel soreness in your muscles.

first, take ibruprophen, don't know how to spellit, but its motrin over the counter. Next, get a heating paid or those stick on things for your legs that heat up when you open them, the only bad side effect of those is that they can burn you if you leave them on too long- personal experience. I use them for cramps, they are made by platex. around $5-8, depending on the size you get.
make sure you dont expose those parts to excessive cold, also make sure when you sleep that these parts are comfortably extended.
