your lower right side will hurt, you might vomit a little, etc. But you'll really know if your appendix ruptures! In fact you'll probably just pass out and die unless you get to the ER. Good Luck!

jump up. and if it hurst ..then you got appendicitis..also if you push on ur lower rigth side and it olny hurts when you take the pressure out.
Your right side hurts really freaking bad. Right next to your hip. It could also be PID so you better get to the ER as fast as you can. Hope you feel better :)

Appendicitis leads up to a ruptured appendix. When it ruptures, unless treated immediately, you could die. Symptoms of a possible appendicitis: Your gut/side aches really bad (steady, doesn't go away), fever, vomiting.
1st of all..ull have a pain starting around the umbilicus .it ll gradually increas e ..then it ll shift to the rite side ..& will no more be felt at the umbilicus .
it ll probably be associated with movement .i.e making u lie still.ther mite be some associated nausea & vomiting .
but by this time u ll be sufficiently uncomfortable to go see a dr ..who ..if hes worth the paper his degree is written on.will have no problem diagnosing it .
(theres lots of other signs as well.but thts all medical stuff .. & u wont un derstand it !! )
one thing tht will put u at risk is "family history"
if other ppl in ur family have had their appendix removed ,chances are ..u ll end up in the hosp too .
& ruptured appendix ..?? well it ll start as mentioned above .the pain will gradually keep increasin until itll become very severe (at the time tht it bursts ) & AFTER it bursts .ull have severe pain all in ur abdomen .wich wil make u lie real still . & u ll go in to shock . ur heart will beat faster & then slow down .& if u r not taken to a hospital even then ..well this is fatal ! :(

My dad's appendix ruptured and he developed Addison's disease from it. It is a very interesting and rare disease. His skin is really dark from it and his adrenaline glands don't work. I would guess once it ruptures it would be a lot more painful and with out medical treatment death would be right around the corner.
