JLo actually eats eight mini meals a day when she needs to lose weight! So just readjust your intake for a little while until you get the desired weight. And make sure theyre healthy!

Don't think I'm crazy, but do 100-150 jumping Jacks before eating anything. Your metabolism will speed up during which the food will be burnt off!

Drink two full glasses of water before each meal to help you eat less. Try to fit more exercise into your schedule. Avoid fatty and sugary foods, and eat more vegetables.

Try eating a lot of fiber, cuz it's filling and it cleans out of your system, like fiber one. Also try eating beets or drinking prune juice! Another tip.if you end up binging by accident, take 2-3 pills of fiber-con which will help you get it out of your system! Good Luck!

Don't drastically change your diet, or your body is tricked into think it's starving, which slows your metabolism and makes you burn less fat. Eat healthy, but only cut about 500 calories from your current daily intake. Avoid fast food and sodas that aren't diet. Walk, and if you can manage, run. Walking two or three miles a day will make a big difference. Drink lots of water.

Eat 3/4 of what's on your plate. Visualize yourself as thin. Walk a couple of miles every day and eat snacks only once a week.

Depends on how fast you need to lose and how much. try LA Weightloss theyre consistent and healthy. stay away from the pills if at all possible. no one knows the long term effects of them

Starving is unhealthy. Diets, like Atkin's, are extremely unhealthy, and you'll just eventually gain your weight back. If you want to permanently lose weight healthily, you have to change your entire lifestyle. You have to start exercising (3-4 times a week) and mix in cardiovascular work as well as weight training. Become more active (e.g. walk more). Eat healthy foods and have good nutrition. At most, eat junk food once a week. This should help you lose weight in a healthy way. You should see and feel a difference within a few weeks.

Try special K Cereal for breakfast. eat fruits and veggies as snacks throught the day, have a salad / soup for lunch and drink lots and lots of water. (It helps) Being a little active really works.

eat sensibly dont ever starve or you will end up eating mpore than double at the next chance you get ! And yes excercise! take up any activity you like say Tennis or swimming and you will be in good shape soon

Try eating more healthy.fish, chicken and salad are great and walk.walking is good for the whole body.

Things to eat:

Fiber crackers
Yogurt
Vegetable only meals
At least 3-4 liter of water per day

or..

If that doesn't work,
love yourself for who you are and don't let anyone take that away from you :)

DRINK A LOT OF WATER AND NO POP. ALSO DON'T EAT BIG MEALS, I EAT A BUNCH OF SMALL MEALS EACH DAY. AND WALK AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. I LOST 15LBS IN LESS THAN 2 WEEKS THIS WAY.

Understand, this is a quick weight loss solution, meaning, temporary. You may possibly gain all of it back, or more. This is a very extreme way to do it but its been effective for a short term solution (4-6 weeks maximum).

In order to get the body to release fat, you have to understand some realities.

The human body is not really capable of shedding more than 2 pounds of fat in a week, especially on an ongoing basis, and even 2 pounds per week would be an extreme!
The human body is capable of losing far more than 2 pounds in a week, but that would indicate loss of either muscle or water.
Muscle loss is guaranteed to decrease caloric burn and slow metabolism.
Water loss is temporary.

1st Part is Diet adjustment - lean proteins, complete proteins, protein shakes(drinks), and leafy green vegetable or other type of vegetable meals. Chicken, Fish, and Turkey are your proteins, none of them fried, broiled, or microwaved. Vegetable meals include salads, or meals with all veggies.
No white potatoes, no white flour, no white sugar, no grains at all, unless they are whole grains such as protein rich brown rice. No artificial sweetners (Splenda, Aspartame), no heavily processed food meals, you want to turn your body into a machine that burns up the fuel (food you eat) quickly. You dont want any excess calories from anything so you eat or drink and no diet drinks because those are more detrimental to metabolism because of how the body elimanates the chemicals they contain.
Drink nothing but water, maybe a little juice but preferably vegetable, cranberry or grapefruit those help to flush the kidneys and curb your appetite, in the early part of the day, and herbal tea(such as green tea), and I say again NO diet drinks.

Parts 2 and 3 and a detailed example of your workouts are listed in the source link, check it out.

Cut out all carbs for a few weeks. No bread, potatoes, corn, rice, cereal, pasta, fruit, tomatoes, beans (except green beans) and peas. Lots of meat and green vegs. Walk every day

WHAT to eat for losing weight

• Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, especially NC (negative calorie) food.

* Print these lists. They will be your . "Bible", from now on !
* Dill and parsely - include them in all your salads. Also ognion + garlic.
* Try eat mostly fresh vegs & fruits (whenever possible, of course)
* If you really want a book, then check this out: The Negative Calorie Diet Workbook & Cookbook - eBook (Win95/98 only). Read more about this e-book here.

• Eat fish, chicken, beef, pork. (preferences are in this order)

* If you are a vegetarian, then ignore this!
* Avoid fat meat

• Eat 2-3 slices of bread/day. Don't EVER exclude bread from your diet!

• Snacks between meals (if needed): apples, oranges, grepfruits and other NC fruits

* Don't cheat . NO cookies, chips, candies, brownies etc!
* EVEN if they have "low fat" indication. They might have low fat, yet they can have lots of CALORIES !

• About rice, potatoes, beans, [xxx]nuts, pastry, pasta. you know!

* Don't eat too much of those, at least during the first weeks of the diet. I'm not a low carb addict, but I've noticed weight gains if consuming those in large quantities, especially when associated with other foods.
* If you like them a lot, try and eat them like one meal. A nice delicious plate of spaghetti could be your lunch (never dinner!), followed by a nice big apple. These rich starch foods are not good for dinner!
* At dinner time, chose mainly large mixed veggies salads. with fish, lean meat or cheese (if you are not a vegetarian).

if u want to lose weight the best food to it are baked potatoes with nothing on it. no salt no nothing just plain. u can eat a 10000000000 baked potatoes till ur stuff and not gain a pound. i heard that from a weight loss tape. the best drink is water or gatorade. thats a start then when you work out do some taeboo. if u want a macine. run with dumbells on a treadmill. u could do the rocky workout. but thats a new story. u could use a butterfly macine i think it works the abs

1) It is not just the amount you eat, but what you eat. Lean meats and vegtables that snap are a good place to start. And by snap I mean fresh and not boiled or doused with better or whatever.

2) Exercise moderatly but for about an hour every other day. Spend half of that walking or running at a good enough pace for you to feel labored. The other half of the time use weights, or exercises such as push ups or situps to get a muscle "burn". A gym is also an option, but I don't know if you have the money for or want to spend the money on it.

3) Sleep well. To bed earlier and up earlier. Exercise in the morning when you wake up, not in the evening before bed. 7 hours of GOOD sleep is a must.

4) Occupy yourself with a hobby that keeps your attention for a long period of time. A hobby like this keeps your mind focused and gives less of a chance for snacking from boredom.

That is a good place to start. if you see good results, keep it up and modify to fit you. if it does not, see a doctor AND a trainer

Keep working out, drink water a lot, eat 5 to 6 meals a day but in small quantities, vegtables are important specially cucumber and lattice, fruits not be eaten after meals except by 2 to 3 hours, minimize the starch quantities in your meals lots of salad is important, your last meal must be before you sleep by 2 to 3 hours
the most important thing is you don't lose patient wait and have a strong will to be as what you want

you might have some more ideas from www.ivillage.com

good luck
