How do you lose weight on the hips ONLY?!

Hi there, So im 5'6 and weigh about 120.thats a good weight but my hips are huge and its hard to buy pants when my waist is nice and small but my hips are wide and gross..Anyhow I tried to loose weight by going to gyms and excersizing and dieting but here is the problem. I lose the weight everywhere else I dont want to.like my waist or in my face and this makes me look sickly! Its not going away in my thighs and I would like any ideas..its almost shorts season.im dreading it..ALSO I went for a cellulite treatment and that didnt help either..I eat normal foods and I am generally healthy too.SOMEONE HELP!! :{

Exercise For hips - 1: Lay on your back on a carpeted floor with your hands behind your head. Put your feet on a bench or chair such that upper legs make a 90 degree angle. Lift your upper back off of the ground and contract your abdominal part.
Exercise For hips - 2: Lay on your back on a flat surface on a floor mat with your hands on sides of your back. Move your legs as if you are cycling. Do it for 5 minutes daily.
Follow a negative calorie food diet.
Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, wholegrain bread, pasta, rice, beans and cereal without any oily toppings. Choose low fat or fat free varieties.
Flax seed oil and Evening Primrose Oil are considered to be as fat burning supplements. The effect of PGE1 is to force fat to be used as fuel.

running stairs will help. go to www.webmd.com. they have a lot of good tips. but again, you can't spot losing weight. you should do more execises to focuse on your lower body.

I've got bad news for you. You can't spot reduce. No matter what anyone tells you. Everyone's body holds on to fat in different places. Mine is in the hips, too. Also, your skeletal structure might make you have wider hips than other people. Just do aerobics to burn fat. Do weight training (all over, not just legs) to burn fat. Cut your calories by about 250-500 a day. Other than that, consider changing the way you dress. Seriously. Shorts look awful on me, so I ususally wear cool jeans and skimpy tops to show off my awesome abs.

Black Sunshine is right! There s no way to spot reduce unless you were looking into cosmetic surgery like liposuction.

Rosemary Conley's Hip and Thigh Diet. Its extremely strict, no Fats at all but she lost alot of weight and didnt need a Gallbladder Operation. Check the net.
